How to order:
Fill out your name, email, phone number, and family name. Review the designs and color options.
Complete Order Item #1 by choosing:
– Adult or Kid
– Shirt, Tank Top, or Sweatshirt
– Design
– Color
– Size
– Quantity
– Price category
If you are ordering more than one item, select “Yes” when it asks if you want to add another item.
Add up your total before submitting.
- Choose your payment method:
Tithe.ly online payment
Cash in person
Check in person
Submit the form.
Important: Everyone must submit the form first, even if paying by cash or check.
