1st Advent – Prophecy Candle

The first Advent ceremony of the 2026 Christmas season!

The first candle is the Prophecy Candle, also known as the Candle of Hope. It represents the hope we have in God’s promises and the anticipation of the coming Messiah. Throughout the Old Testament, prophets foretold the birth of Jesus, reminding God’s people that He is faithful to fulfill His promises.

As we begin the Advent season, we reflect on the hope Jesus brings to the world and prepare our hearts to celebrate His birth.

Join us as we light the first candle and begin our journey toward Christmas!
